My favorite food group would be fruit! Fruit contains fiber and nutrients that help us grow.But the best fruit to consume is coconut. I truly enjoy cracking a coconut open. drinking its water eating the fruit with lime, salt and chile. Enjoying a fresh cut coconut in front of a sunny sky never missed.
